”Indigenous, you got talent!’’ 2cnd season
is a performance piece whose creation was based on the structure of a TV-show/ talent show/ beauty competition. It challenges the discussion around political correctness, the role of contemporary ‘’political art’’ and its representatives by celebrating the decay of a completely disoriented society.
This performance is dedicated to the memory of Zak / Zackie Oh! who was part of IYGT 1.
(“On Friday, September 21, 2018 Zak Kostopoulos, an activist of the LGBTIQ+ movement, HIV positive, antifascist and drag queen (Zackie Oh), was brutally assassinated in the centre of Athens, Greece, in public view.
